We want every SatelliteRadioPrime subscriber to be completely satisfied. This policy explains our refund terms for both subscriptions and device purchases.
Subscription refunds
New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their first paid charge, no questions asked. After 30 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 90 days based on unused months.
Device returns
Devices purchased directly from us may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
Defective devices
All devices include a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. If a device fails within the warranty period, we'll replace it at no cost — just contact support to begin the warranty process.
How to request a refund
Email support@satelliteradioprime.com or call +1 (877) 513-0191 with your account email and order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-refundable items
Promotional credits, gift subscriptions after redemption, and third-party device purchases are not eligible for refund through SatelliteRadioPrime.
