Subscription & billing
Subscriptions renew automatically at the rate stated when you subscribed until you cancel. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Annual plans are paid upfront and are subject to our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to redistribute, rebroadcast, or commercially exploit our content; not to circumvent technical protections; and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Service availability
We strive for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Satellite reception may be affected by weather, terrain, or local interference.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SatelliteRadioPrime is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
Termination
